If the customer receives a damaged, defective, or wrong product, they must report it within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
If return pickup is available, we will arrange pickup from the customer address. Otherwise, the customer may need to ship the product back.
After reviewing the return request, our team will approve or reject the request based on the product condition and policy.
Customers must contact our support team with the order number, product details, and reason for return.
Used products, damaged products caused by customer misuse, products without original packaging, customized or personalized products, and clearance or final sale items cannot be returned.
The invoice or order receipt is required for all return requests.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
