If the customer receives a damaged, defective, or wrong product, they must report it within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Used products, damaged products caused by customer misuse, products without original packaging, customized or personalized products, and clearance or final sale items cannot be returned.
The invoice or order receipt is required for all return requests.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
